Our summer academy is designed to help you perfect your craft and better understand culturally responsive teaching practices.
You'll learn and experience:

HERE IS HOW THE SUMMER ACADEMY WILL WORK
We have a carefully curated professional learning experience that will build on your experience and your needs. We will host highly engaging and personalized, virtual sessions. Each session will be two hours a week. We will meet to explore, learn, unlearn, share, practice, and plan. In fact, you will design an “Achievement & Engagement Implementation Plan” that you can apply to your setting immediately!
Also, we understand that it can be overwhelming to implement new strategies into your teaching practice, which is why we have Study Hall and Implementation Lab sessions in sessions two and four. Here, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback, and get support from other educators in the academy.
And our final session will be a celebration of your journey and accomplishments. It’s going to be a graduation soiree, y'all!
